Operations Manual (OM) PART D – PERSONNEL TRAINING:
Before commencing duties as an instructor in EAVA ATO, the instructor shall undergo “Initial training”.
Ground instructor’s “Initial training” is normally conducted by CTKI and/or HT. If needed then additional personnel may assist as nominated by CTKI and approved by HT. (“Moodle” training platform is used for training). “Initial training” for ground instructor consists of following:
1) EAVA organisation, procedures and standardisation;
2) ATO documentation (Operations Manual, Training Manuals, Management
Manual);
3) Theoretical knowledge training programmes;
4) Test lecture.
